By Ground
Car - Several major highways and interstates provide easy connections and access from all parts of Florida.
- Interstate 4 runs from Daytona Beach on the east coast to St. Petersburg on the west coast.
- Interstate 10 enters the state in Florida's panhandle and extends to Jacksonville in the northeast.
- Interstate 75 enters Florida just south of Valdosta, Georgia and runs south to Miami.
- The Florida Turnpike connects I-75 south of Ocala, extending southeast through Orlando and continuing south to Miami.
Rail - Amtrak serves Orlando with twice-daily trains originating in New York, Miami and Tampa, with stops in Downtown Orlando, Winter Park, Sanford and Kissimmee.
Other Options - In addition to taxi, shuttle and limousine service to anywhere in the Greater Orlando area, the following services give you even more transportation options: International Drive's convenient "I-Ride" Trolley makes getting about a breeze. With 78 convenient stops scheduled every 20 minutes, it's easy to reach the Orange County Convention Center, hotels, restaurants and shopping destinations.
Upon arrival at Orlando International Airport, taxis are available on both the A and B sides of the Main Terminal, on the Ground Transportation Level (Level) 1, at Commercial Lane spaces: A5-A8, A28-A31, B5-B8 and B19-B24. Taxi fare from the airport to the International Drive corridor, location of the Orange County Convention Center West, is approximately $40 one way.
